**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician responsible for ensuring the facility's upkeep, including production equipment and general facilities needs. Candidates must be willing to perform a variety of tasks, including facilities work and sanitation, alongside typical maintenance duties. Reliability and a good cultural fit for the team are paramount. Strong electrical maintenance experience and proven experience in troubleshooting electrical systems are essential. **Responsibilities** + Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems. + Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and documentation for machinery troubleshooting. + Repair and maintain conveyors, electric motors, and VFDs. + Conduct pneumatic system troubleshooting and repairs. + Assist with facilities work and sanitation duties as needed. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting and industrial maintenance experience. + Proficiency in reading electrical schematics and working with 3-phase wiring. + Minimum 1-2 years of industrial maintenance experience. + Ability to troubleshoot 480V electrical systems. + Understanding of servo motors and pneumatic systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with heavy mechanical repairs and overhauls (gearboxes, hydraulic pumps). + Experience in a GMP/Food manufacturing environment. + Basic PLC troubleshooting is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers room for growth within a family-oriented environment with caring management. The shift schedule includes five working days with two off days, and flexibility in shift times is provided. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $60320.00/yr. Eligible for participation in the company group medical, dental & vision programs. Eligible for participation on the 61st day of employment.
