The ideal candidate will have experience in general building maintenance, handyman and read, write and use hand tools which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Location: Hagerstown, MD** **Pay Range: $19.36** **What’s the Job?** + Assist in move out preparation which includes making necessary repairs in preparation + Properly orders material required for repairs. + Keeps supervisor apprised as to the progress and completion of jobs + Basic general plumbing such as sinks, faucets, and bathtubs + Performs general grounds and landscaping areas including snow removal and clearing of all sidewalks and parking lots **What’s Needed?** + Must have working knowledge of common materials, tools, techniques, and terminology used in the maintenance of buildings and mechanical and electrical equipment. + Ability to read, write, and to understand and carry out oral and written directions + Be able to explain in basic terms how a forced hot air heating system operates, step-by-step sequence of operation 6.
