Job Description
Join a dedicated team as a Maintenance Technician responsible for both mechanical and electrical maintenance within the facility. The role primarily focuses on mechanical work, particularly with conveyor systems, while also involving electrical troubleshooting with pre-written PLC programs. The work schedule is Monday to Saturday from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, with maintenance tasks predominantly occurring after production stops at 10:00 PM.
ResponsibilitiesConduct mechanical maintenance on conveyor systems, including maintenance and monitoring of drive shafts, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, and lubrication.Perform proactive preventative maintenance by inspecting and repairing equipment throughout the facility.Address work orders involving repairs and replacements of various parts.Respond to breakdown calls, collaborating with the team to determine appropriate responses.Carry and maintain a detailed notebook, documenting maintenance tasks, problems encountered, solutions applied, and methodologies used.Essential Skills3-5+ years of conveyor maintenance experience, including PM's, drive shafts, gearboxes, sprockets, cams, chains, oiling/greasing, motors, and repair/replacement.5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, welding, refrigeration, plumbing/piping, and machinery.2+ years of electrical troubleshooting, including relay/PLC troubleshooting, trace and trace, inputs and outputs, and viewing programs.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in food/baking industry.Proficiency in refrigeration and plumbing/piping.Experience with tig and mig welding.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
