**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team, working on a rotating schedule that includes two days on, two days off, followed by three days on and three days off. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment in a food manufacturing facility. This role requires a strong background in food manufacturing or pharmaceutical settings, with adherence to GMP standards. **Responsibilities** + Perform maintenance and repair duties on gearboxes, conveyors, and matrix systems. + Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on PLCs and electrical systems. + Work with ammonia refrigeration systems. + Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards. + Train on 1st shift for a couple of weeks before transitioning to 3rd shift. **Essential Skills** + Food manufacturing or pharmaceutical background with GMP compliance. + 10+ years of experience in maintenance and repair. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and control systems. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance repair. + Ability to work with ammonia refrigeration systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fireman's License 2nd class 1 Boiler is highly advantageous. + Experience with electrical controls and hydraulics. + Skills in welding, HVAC, plumbing, and industrial maintenance. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that is rapidly growing, investing $25 million annually in new equipment and development.
