**Hiring for 2nd & 3rd Shift Maintenance Technicians** + **_Holland, MI_** + **_$28-31/hour_** + **_Robotic Weld OR Stamping Press_** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team on the 2nd and 3rd shifts in a dynamic stamping and welded assembly plant. The role involves training on the first shift for a few weeks. The plant is divided into two sections: the stamping press side and the weld robot side, with shifts varying slightly based on skill match and need. + Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, facilities, and electrical systems. + Dismantle defective machines and equipment, installing new or repaired parts. + Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers and wiring. + Repair automated machinery and equipment such as robots. + Listen for unusual sounds from machines to detect and repair malfunctions. + Discuss machine operation variations with supervisors and operators to diagnose problems. + Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment. + Repair and maintain the physical structure of the establishment. + Fabricate and repair tables, benches, racks, and other metal structures. + Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other parts of machinery. + Use electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics for troubleshooting. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 5 years of maintenance machine repair experience. + Proficiency in hydraulic and pneumatic machine repair. + Basic electrical experience on machines. + Ability to read and work with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical schematics. **Why Work Here?** Join a forward-thinking organization with a focus on innovation and excellence.
