This role involves working with a variety of systems, from wiring 110-480 volt 3-phase motors and motor control drives to troubleshooting PLCs from brands like Allen Bradley, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
ResponsibilitiesPerform wiring for 110-480 volt 3-phase motors, motor control drives, and PLCs.Troubleshoot and make minor edits on PLCs, including fault resets and sensor adjustments.Conduct mechanical repairs on rollers, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, and presses.Utilize CMMS for preventive maintenance, executing work orders to reduce production downtime.Read wiring diagrams and interpret mechanical and electrical prints and drawings.Engage in 50/50 mechanical to electrical work, general automation tasks, and punch press operation.Essential SkillsProficiency in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, including 3-phase motors.Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and editing, particularly ladder logic.Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and various electrical circuits.Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 5 years in an electrical and mechanical maintenance role, with at least 2 years in manufacturing.Experience with HVAC, compressors, water chillers, plumbing, and hydraulics.Preferred experience with calipers, electrical meters, pressure reading devices, and temperature gauges.Any robotics experience is a plus.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
