**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair complex issues in plant facilities and production equipment, including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. This role involves implementing and enhancing preventive maintenance programs, as well as maintaining and updating equipment records and schematics. **Responsibilities** + Diagnose and repair complex problems on plant facilities and production equipment. + Assist in the implementation and improvement of preventive maintenance programs. + Perform scheduled maintenance on facilities and production equipment. + Maintain and update equipment records, schematics, blueprints, and files in an orderly fashion. **Essential Skills** + Troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, industrial systems. + Experience with preventive maintenance. + Proficient in handling electrical and mechanical repairs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Maintenance education or relevant certification. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a climate-controlled facility with direct placement. Candidates must be open to off-shift schedules due to seniority, with options for B-shift (Tuesday-Friday 4pm-5am) or C-shift (Friday-Saturday 5am-5pm & Sunday-Monday 5pm-5am). **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Excelsior Springs, Missouri. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $64542.00 - $64542.00/yr. Insurance & benefits are paid for by the company. Facility is climate controlled.
