Job Description

We are hiring someone who has a great attitude and is able to be a team player. As a Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and repairing equipment to ensure the smooth operation of facilities and machinery. This role involves working with various tools and equipment, adhering to safety standards, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

Pay: $24 - $35/hr (differentials for the night shift)Shift: 2,2,3 Schedule. Day: 6:30am - 6:30pm OR Night: 6:30pm - 6:30amLocation: West Bridgewater, MA

Only 15 Working days per month!

ResponsibilitiesPerform general machine and equipment maintenance and repairsConduct product changeovers as neededCarry out general building maintenanceExecute preventive maintenance tasksWork on continuous improvement projects as requiredNotify lead of needed extended repairs and or spare partsComplete all pertinent maintenance paperworkParticipate in Corrective Action teamsAssist the production team as neededConduct quality auditing and understand quality testing proceduresReport any potential food safety, legality, quality or food defense concerns to the plant manager or quality personnelFollow all documented Good Manufacturing PracticesMaintain product safety, legality, regulatory compliance and quality systemsPerform other duties as requiredEssential SkillsStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skillsGeneral maintenance skillsKnowledge of PLCsExperience with setting up camerasUnderstanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systemsElectrical experienceFamiliarity with heat sealing processesAbility to work in team dynamic and maintain a good attitudeGood communication skillsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $53000.00/yr.
