**HIRING MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS IN DENVER, CO** We are looking for a skilled **Maintenance Technicians** to join our team and help ensure our production equipment runs efficiently. (*opportunity for advancement/pay depends on experience with industrial equipment, mechanical repairs, electrical, and PLC's) **QUALIFICATIONS:** + Skilled in mechanical systems and troubleshooting + Hands-on experience in industrial and manufacturing environments + Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics operation and maintenance + Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repair + Knowledgeable in PLC troubleshooting and system analysis **JOB DESCRIPTION:** + Maintain, repair, and optimize industrial production equipment, machinery, and systems to ensure peak performance + Split time evenly between preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance tasks + Utilize basic shop tools effectively for equipment repair and maintenance + Perform routine tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, repairing, and replacing machinery components + Diagnose and repair pneumatic and hydraulic systems, maintaining operational efficiency + Modify equipment to meet evolving production requirements + Identify defects and excessive wear on parts, ensuring timely corrective action + Manage work orders and record maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) + Interpret and apply mechanical drawings for troubleshooting and repairs + Conduct basic electrical troubleshooting, including issues related to motors and control systems + Read and analyze wiring schematics, electrical specifications, and system layouts for effective repairs + Diagnose and replace faulty electrical components as necessary + Troubleshoot control systems operating at 480V AC and 120V/low-voltage control power + Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on boiler and refrigeration systems **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $38.00/hr.
