Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and dedicated 3rd shift Maintenance Technician to become an integral part of our esteemed team. This position is essential to ensuring the efficient operation of our diverse range of machinery and equipment, including saws, cutters, sanders, dust collectors, molders, CNC machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, bearings, hydraulics, pneumatics, pneumatic nailers, and air compressors.
ResponsibilitiesPerform both preventative and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance across equipment operating at voltages up to 480V 3-phase.Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex systems while adhering to safety standards and best practices.Demonstrate a strong technical background, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence in work.Essential Skills2-4 years of industrial maintenance experience.Proficient in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and pumps.Basic understanding/knowledge in 480V 3-phase electrical troubleshooting.Basic understanding/knowledge of HVAC systems and/or how PLCs work.Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustrial Certificates or Degrees.Ability to troubleshoot 480V 3-phase.Ability to read and interpret schematics.PLC troubleshooting skills.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
This role is based in a cabinet manufacturing company where some areas may be dusty and have strong acetone or paint smells. The maintenance department is a close-knit team that values education and development, with a strong culture of promoting from within.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00/hr.
