Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic – $21 to $25 per hour – Weekly Pay!

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical and electrical equipmentPerform preventative maintenance to reduce downtimeRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsAssist with equipment installations, upgrades, and modificationsLearn and support electrical systems, PLCs, and robotics (training provided)Collaborate with machine operators and other departments to resolve issues quicklyMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentShift Schedule:3rd Shift:7:00 PM – 7:00 AMRotating Schedule:2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on (includes every other weekend)Enjoy built-in days off during the week and every other weekend off!Compensation:Pay Range:$21 – $25 per hour (based on experience)Weekly PayBenefits:Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision)Paid time off and holidaysOpportunities for overtimeCareer advancement and technical training opportunitiesSupportive team environmentQualifications:Previous maintenance or mechanical experience preferredDiesel mechanic experience is a plusWillingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environmentMust be comfortable with an in-person interview

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.05 - $29.00/hr.
