Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be part of a close-knit team of five maintenance personnel, focusing 80% on mechanical maintenance and 20% on electrical maintenance throughout the facilityResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical maintenance, primarily on conveyor systems, including monitoring and maintaining drive shafts, gearboxes, sprockets, chains, and lubricationConduct PMs, welding (TIG/MIG), plumbing/piping, refrigeration, and air compressor maintenanceTroubleshoot and perform electrical maintenance on relay logic and PLC-driven machines, without programming requirementsEngage in proactive PMs by monitoring equipment and performing necessary repairsRespond to work orders and address breakdowns, averaging 15 breakdowns per dayDocument all maintenance activities in a notebook to serve as a reference and training resourceEssential Skills3-5+ years of conveyor maintenance experience, including PMs, drive shafts, gearboxes, sprockets, cams, chains, and motors5+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, gearboxes, motors, pumps, welding, refrigeration, plumbing/piping, and machinery2+ years of electrical troubleshooting experience, including relay/PLC troubleshooting, tracing, and input/output workShifts Openings on multiple shifts Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
