Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in keeping plant machinery and mechanical equipment in excellent repair with minimal technical guidance. You will diagnose machine issues, dismantle and repair equipment, replace defective parts, and ensure efficient operation. Your work will primarily involve emergency equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, complex changeovers, and collaboration with experienced mechanics.
ResponsibilitiesKeep plant machinery and mechanical equipment in good repair.Diagnose and troubleshoot machine problems.Dismantle and reassemble machines to replace defective parts.Make necessary adjustments to ensure efficient operation.Address emergency equipment repairs.Assist in complex changeovers.Complete preventive maintenance tasks.Essential SkillsBroad technical knowledge of electromechanical principles.Strong technical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills.Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.Experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC troubleshooting and control systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Classes or degrees in maintenance or related fields.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $31.00/hr.
