Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of quarry equipment, including cranes, conveyors, mixers, and heavy machinery. You will perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure machinery operates efficiently and minimizes downtime. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and repair hydraulics, electrical systems, and other mechanical components of mobile equipment.

Work Environment
This role is based in a production/manufacturing setting, with hours from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and occasional Saturdays. Employees enjoy a half-hour unpaid lunch break. The dress code includes jeans, steel-toe boots, gloves, safety glasses, hard hats, and protective sleeves. Most PPE is provided, except for steel-toe boots, which are supplied annually after permanent hire. The environment can be hot in summer and cold in winter, and timekeeping is managed on self-operated clocks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Frederick, Maryland.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
