Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to handle essential upkeep, repairs, and calibrations for production equipment, ensuring optimal efficiency and extended lifespan. This role requires expertise in robotic troubleshooting, electrical systems, and mechanical preventive maintenance for plastic injection presses.

Key Qualifications:Hands-on experience in injection molding maintenance and repairStrong troubleshooting skills for robotic systems (Yaskawa, Yushin, Whiteland)Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs and HMIsAbility to diagnose and repair electrical issues up to 480VExpertise in pneumatic troubleshootingWork Environment & Benefits:Climate-controlled facility in the Plastics/Medical Device Industry (hairnets/beard nets required)Available shifts:2:30 pm - 11:00 pm (7.5% shift differential)10:30 pm - 7:30 am (10% shift differential)Training will take place on the day shiftCompetitive benefits package, including 11 paid holidays, up to 7 weeks of accrued PTO, and a 401k plan starting on day one

The pay range for this position is $66560.00 - $88000.00/yr.
