Maintenance Technician
Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and performing preventative maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systemsYou will work with various machinery including mixers, extruders, refrigeration units, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silosYour tasks will involve replacing, rotating, inspecting, and changing parts of industrial machines, connecting power to machines, installing and rewiring motors, reading blueprints and schematics, moving machinery using hoists and dollies, welding on steel and aluminum, running conduit and electrical wiring to new machines, and fabricating parts using a drill pressResponsibilitiesMaintain and perform preventative maintenance on baking equipment and conveyor systemsWork with mixers, extruders, refrigeration units, proofers, conveyors, boilers, and silosReplace, rotate, inspect, and change parts of industrial machinesConnect power to machines and install and rewire motorsRead blueprints and schematicsMove machinery and equipment using hoists and dolliesPerform welding on steel and aluminum materialsRun conduit and electrical wiring to new industrial machinesFabricate parts using a drill press, cutting out holes and making partsEssential SkillsExperience troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on automated equipmentExperience with assembly equipment such as conveyors and building industrial equipmentExperience rebuilding 3-phase motorsProficiency in troubleshooting industrial machinesExperience with troubleshooting PLCs, including drivesMechanical troubleshooting skills and the ability to replace motors, gears, and pumps on industrial machineryAbility to read blueprints and schematicsShifts

Openings on multiple shifts 1st and 2nd shift

Days: 5:00am-5:00pm 1 opening

Nights: 5:00pm-5:00am 1 opening

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $68000.00/yr.
