**Aerotek Is Hiring!** **Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Starting Pay Range: $31.25-34.75** **Shift: (Weekend) (Night Shift)Fri-Sun 5pm-5am** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will communicate effectively between shifts, conduct daily facility inspections, and collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems. Quick response to breakdown calls is essential, and all maintenance tasks must be meticulously documented. **Responsibilities** + Communicate maintenance needs between shifts and teams. + Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess facility needs such as compressors and HVAC systems. + Collaborate with production to prioritize maintenance tasks. + Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems. + Respond promptly to breakdown calls, ensuring immediate attention to reactive or corrective maintenance. + Log all maintenance tasks and ensure proper documentation. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in maintenance repair and troubleshooting. + Strong mechanical and electrical skills. + Experience in preventive maintenance and conveyor maintenance. + Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting and usage. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting and maintenance. + Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Familiarity with 3-phase electrical systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Multi-craft experience in both mechanical and electrical domains. + Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe systems, and pressure regulators. + Competence in handling 3-phase motors, VFDs, and PLCs. + An electrical license is preferred but not mandatory for those with industrial electrical experience. **Why Work Here?** This role offers competitive compensation with opportunities for shift differentials and career advancement.
