Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves setting up, installing, adjusting, and maintaining production equipment including conveyors, automation systems, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, and variable frequency drives.

ResponsibilitiesPerform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on equipment, determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.Conduct regular inspections to ensure proper operation of all equipment.Identify complex problems, review related information, and develop and evaluate options to implement effective solutions.Monitor gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure machines operate with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.Control the operation of equipment or systems.Troubleshoot high and low voltage electrical issues.Handle PLC troubleshooting, fabrication, and related tasks.Work Environment

Work hours are from 6pm to 6am, Monday through Friday, with current additional Saturday requirements. Join a team-focused environment where collaboration and safety are prioritized.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $39.00/hr.
