Maintenance Technician
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform adjustments, repairs, or replacements on motors, controls, and other equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the facility and equipment.
• Predictive and reactive maintenance on stamping presses, feeders, uncoilers, sorting, and palletizing
   equipment.
• Perform custodial duties, grounds, maintenance, and minor repair work.
• Makes minor repairs to heat treat equipment and/or install equipment as directed.
• Knowledge of using standard shop tools ranging from common hand and power tools, such as hammers,
  hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches to precision measuring instruments and electrical and electronic testing
  devices
• Keep machinery, equipment and surrounding area in a clean condition always.
• Must track and keep thorough records of details of maintenance work performed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager
• Learn and follow all Safety rules and Company policies
Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of electrical circuits and diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot 24VDC through 480VAC using a multimeter.
• Ability to MIG weld and use plasma/cutting torches.
• Must have good communication skills, attendance and be a team player
• Be able to squat, crawl, stand and bend for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen, lift 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of stamping presses, conveyors, assembly/sorting machines, various automation and related
   machinery.
• 5+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility
• Experience with Minster stamping presses is a plus.
