Job Title: Maintenance TechnicianJob DescriptionThe Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining production stamping presses, robotic weld machines, and other plant equipment and facilitiesThe role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentThe maintenance technician needs to have a strong background in diagnosing and troubleshooting stamping press repairs, as that is the biggest problem currently facedThe maintenance technician will also assist around the plant with preventative maintenance, facilities upkeep, and ensuring continuous productionResponsibilitiesMaintain and repair production stamping presses and robotic weld machinesDiagnose and troubleshoot stamping press issuesPerform preventative maintenance on plant equipment and facilitiesAssist with mechanical and electrical troubleshootingSet up and repair machineryPerform fabrication and welding tasksRead and interpret blueprints and schematicsAssist with coil changes and feeder operationsEssential Skills5+ years of experience in stamping press maintenanceMechanical troubleshooting on press components, pumps, gears, and motors (hydraulics and pneumatics)Electrical troubleshooting on sensors, 3-phase motors, 480V, 240V systemsProficiency in welding (MIG) and fabricationExperience with hand tools, tape measures, and electrical wiringAbility to perform preventative maintenance and facility upkeepShiftsOpenings on all shiftsPay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Working thru new benefits package and working with the US to match the market
