Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires working from Sunday to Friday and most Saturdays, with hours from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills necessary for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment.

Pay: $30hr

ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on industrial equipment.Utilize basic mechanical skills and knowledge of tools such as wrenches and sockets.Perform tasks involving grease guns and O-ring replacement.Apply basic electrical knowledge, including low voltage and control voltage work.Operate various hand tools safely, whether electric or manual.Conduct tasks using basic to intermediate measuring skills, including tape measure, digital calipers, micrometer, and feeler gauges.Work with minimal supervision based on a daily task list.Enter and close work orders using basic computer skills for record keeping.Essential SkillsBasic mechanical skills.Knowledge of wrenches, sockets, and grease guns.Basic electrical knowledge, specifically in low voltage and control voltage.Experience in industrial maintenance.Ability to operate hand tools safely.Basic to intermediate measuring skills with tape measure, digital calipers, micrometer, and feeler gauges.Basic computer skills for record keeping and work order management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical maintenance, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.Ability to perform preventive maintenance and work with schematics.Understanding of HVAC systems and blueprint reading.Experience with PLC troubleshooting and control.Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues, including three-phase systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

This role involves working primarily in an industrial setting, with the need for reliable attendance on Saturdays as required. The work environment is dynamic and requires the use of various hand tools and machinery. Dress code and safety attire are mandatory to ensure a safe working environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
