**Job Title: Maintenance Electrician - Greenfield, IN** **Job Description:** **We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician** to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment by **conducting regular inspections, performing repairs, and implementing preventive maintenance schedules** . Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams, you will help identify and address equipment-related challenges to improve overall efficiency, all while adhering to lean manufacturing principles and practices. **Starting Pay Range** **:** + $30/hr. - $42/hr., plus a $2 shift differential **Available Shifts** : + Night Shift 2-2-3: 6:30pm-7:00am + SCHEDULE: 3 days ON, 4 days OFF, 4 days ON, 4 days OFF **Responsibilities:** + Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment to **prevent breakdowns.** + **Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment longevity.** + **Diagnose and resolve issues related tomechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.** + **Carry out necessary repairs to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.** + **Assist in theinstallation and setup of new machinery** , ensuring compliance with safety standards. + Maintain accurate and detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. + Manage and enhance CMMS processes for streamlined maintenance operations. + Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to address equipment-related issues and improve efficiency. + Follow lean manufacturing principles to ensure optimized workflows and processes. **Essential Skills:** + Expertise in electrical troubleshooting, including systems up to **480V.** + **Ability to read and interpretelectrical schematics and PLC inputs/outputs.** + **Experience withcontrol panel maintenance, VFDs, and three-phase motor systems.** + **Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintainingmechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and robotic systems.** **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + **Industrial maintenance expertise** with hands-on experience in troubleshooting hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical components. + Skilled in the repair of **gearboxes, bearings, and chain-driven conveyors.** + **Familiarity withlow-voltage systems (24V)** and related repairs. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $87360.00/yr.
