As a Maintenance Technician, you will be working in a state-of-the-art robotic welding facility. You will be responsible for maintaining five robotic weld cells, ensuring their optimal performance. This role primarily involves reactive maintenance, with additional responsibilities for preventive maintenance and some facilities maintenance tasks.
Shift / PayPay: $28-36 an hour Shift / Hours 1st shift 7AM-3PM2nd shift 3PM-11PM3rd shift 11PM-7AM Money-Friday with some weekends - typically 50 hours per week
ResponsibilitiesPerform reactive maintenance on robotic weld cells and conveyor belt systems.Complete preventive maintenance tasks during downtime.Conduct facilities maintenance, including changing LED lights, shoveling snow, and laying down salt.Trace machine breakdowns through PLCs by checking inputs/outputs and reading ladder logic.Repair low voltage photoeyes and sensors (24v-110v).Essential Skills480V troubleshooting24v-110v troubleshooting and repairPLC troubleshooting, including reading ladder logicRobotics knowledgeExperience with sensors and photoeyesKnowledge of conveyorsAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with PLC programming or engineering tech rolesRobotic welding cell experience (Fanuc and Omron preferred)Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledgeExperience with torque controllersWhy Work Here?
