Job Description
This position is a night shift role from 9 PM to 6 AM, Sunday through Thursday, with potential work on Fridays as needed. You will work independently, as the maintenance manager does not work nights. Ideally, you have experience in leading and developing people, as there is an opportunity to start an apprentice program under your leadership. Experience in Food and Beverage manufacturing is highly beneficial, particularly with ovens, mixers, chillers, and fridges.
ResponsibilitiesComplete work orders in a timely manner while maintaining high quality standards.Document maintenance and set-up procedures, accurately filling out servicing paperwork in accordance with SOPs.Utilize a continuous improvement mindset, assisting in identifying opportunities to improve processes.Follow Good Manufacturing Practices.Perform mechanical tasks such as working with gear cases and drives, replacing bearings, sprockets, chains, shafts, seals, and overhauling equipment.Troubleshoot equipment to reduce reliance on outside vendors.Read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, service manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.Essential SkillsElectrical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams.Experience with 220-480 volts 3 phase motors, DC motors, electrical panels, variable frequency drives, and manual machine interfaces.Industrial electrician skills.Proficiency with PLCs and industrial wiring.Blueprint reading.Additional Skills & QualificationsMinimum four (4) years of experience in relevant electrical and mechanical tasks.Experience in food and beverage manufacturing is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
The work environment is a bread manufacturing facility with varied room temperatures ranging from cold to warm. Tools are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own if preferred.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $83200.00 - $95680.00/yr.
