**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing repairs and preventative maintenance both in and around the plant and its grounds. You will respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and develop a thorough understanding of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies and standards. Additionally, you will demonstrate proficiency in navigating a PC to track and document work orders and parts inventory. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in and around the plant and plant grounds. + Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. + Learn and understand TPM methodologies and standards. + Navigate a PC to track and document work orders and parts inventory. + Organize the tool room and maintenance break room/training area. **Essential Skills** + Electrical troubleshooting + Mechanical knowledge + Hydraulics and pneumatics + Repair and preventive maintenance + PLC troubleshooting + Industrial maintenance repair **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in a food manufacturing environment + Familiarity with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) methodologies **Why Work Here?** This is a direct placement opportunity in a clean, climate-controlled facility.
