**Job Title: Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who is familiar with instrumentation devices such as thermocouples, motor tachometers, temperature controllers, and pressure transducers. The role involves installing electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices according to diagrams and schematics.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install and replace electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation devices.
+ Use multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and machine-specific instrumentation to ensure proper equipment operation.
+ Troubleshoot and adjust electrical and mechanical equipment, instrumentation devices, and related systems.
+ Program and inspect equipment for optimal performance.
+ Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Codes (NEC) as they pertain to the facility.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
+ Experience with 480v systems.
+ Complete familiarity with NEC requirements.
+ Skill in using multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and testers.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in the extrusion industry.
+ Knowledge of thermocouples, transducers, and temperature controllers.
+ Understanding of PLCs, particularly Allen Bradley.
+ Experience with DC motors, drives, and heater circuits.
+ 60% Mechanical and 40% Electrical expertise.

**Work Environment**
The position is based in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, requiring a hair net and beard net. You should be comfortable lifting up to 50lbs and will need to provide your own tools.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Indianapolis, Indiana.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $64251.20 - $78000.00/yr.
