**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We have two openings for Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Technician 1 (MT1) position requires 3+ years of experience, while the Maintenance Technician 2 (MT2) position requires 5+ years of experience. The role involves performing industrial maintenance on washers, dryers, and conveyor systems, working with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, relays, and other related equipment to complete maintenance orders and preventative maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Perform industrial maintenance on washers, dryers, and conveyor systems. + Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical systems, and relays. + Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability. + Handle maintenance orders using UMMS/CMMS systems. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems. + Maintain and repair boilers, electrical, and lubrication systems. **Essential Skills** + 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience for MT1. + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience for MT2. + Experience with VSD - Variable Speed Drives. + Proficiency in electrical troubleshooting and repair. + Strong understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. + Experience with preventive maintenance and repair. + Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting and control systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with UMMS/CMMS systems for tracking and updating work orders. + Proficiency in using multimeters and power tools. + Mechanical aptitude and experience with mechanical maintenance. + Ability to perform welding and plumbing tasks. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers opportunities for advancement, good benefits, and a supportive work environment. You will work under the supervision of a Maintenance Manager and alongside a team consisting of a Plant Manager, one Senior Technician, two Maintenance Technicians 1, two Maintenance Technicians 2, and two maintenance utility helpers. The facility maintains a relaxed dress code with a focus on safety, requiring masks when spraying and boots at all times. Expect 6-12 hours of overtime per week. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Nashville, Tennessee. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $64480.00/yr.
