**Industrial Maintenance Mechanic** **Location:** Elmsford, NY | **Schedule:** 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM), Monday–Friday **Pay Range:** $32.65 – $41.21 per hour A fast-paced manufacturing facility is seeking a skilled **Multicraft Maintenance Technician** to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment. **The Maintenance Technician** ensures the safe and efficient operation of plant equipment by performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. Responsibilities include maintaining electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, conducting equipment changeovers, and improving production processes. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement projects and breakdown analysis to minimize downtime. **Key Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled preventative and predictive maintenance on industrial equipment + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems (motors, pumps, conveyors, chillers, compressors, boilers, etc.) + Execute equipment changeovers, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives + Use CMMS for work orders, documentation, and spare parts tracking + Maintain safety and compliance standards (HAZMAT, OSHA, EPA, MSDS) + Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and recommend corrective actions + Support 5S workplace organization and contribute to a clean, safe work environment **Qualifications:** + 3+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment + Proficient in reading schematics, troubleshooting controls and instrumentation + Working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, power transmission, and process control + Familiarity with Rockwell Automation, AC/DC motors, PLCs, Ethernet networking is a plusJoin a team dedicated to growth, safety, and continuous improvement!
