Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Euclid, OH

Shift: 1st (7a-3:30p)

Pay: $30-38/hr

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform both electrical and mechanical troubleshooting on industrial machine shop equipment. This role involves working with 220V and 480V systems, diagnosing and repairing 24V control systems, sensors, switches, and wiring issues, and troubleshooting CNC machines including controls, drives, motors, and communication faults.

Responsibilities

Conduct mechanical repairs on lathes, mills, grinders, and other shop equipment.Perform hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs.Read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and panel wiring.Trace and diagnose issues within PLC-controlled systems (no programming required, but ability to follow logic is essential).Perform welding and basic fabrication as needed for repairs.Conduct preventive maintenance on all production equipment.Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, preventive maintenance, and parts usage.Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Work Environment

The work environment includes a 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The facility has been recently upgraded with new machines and is designed to be clean and easy to navigate. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern, expansive facility with a focus on maintaining product quality and consistency

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $79040.00/yr.
