💼 Position: Industrial Maintenance Technician

📍 Location: Sioux City, IA

🛠 What You’ll Do

You’ll support a dynamic production environment by maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment across the facility. Expect a mix of mechanical, electrical, and general plant duties:

Maintenance & TroubleshootingDiagnose and repair issues with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsPerform preventive and predictive maintenance on key production equipmentRepair motors, gearboxes, conveyors, mixers, pumps, ovens, and automated packaging machineryWork with sensors, relays, control circuits, and 3‑phase electrical systemsTechnical SupportRead and interpret mechanical and electrical schematicsAssist with line changeovers, setups, and process adjustmentsSupport calibration and maintenance of automated and PLC‑driven equipmentContinuous ImprovementIdentify root causes of equipment failures and implement long‑term fixesContribute to PM planning and reliability improvementsPartner with production to minimize downtime and improve efficiencyGeneral Facility WorkAssist with building systems including refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and utilitiesMaintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food manufacturing standards⭐ What We Need2+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceStrong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilitiesExperience with packaging lines, conveyors, motors, pumps, gearboxes, or related systemsAbility to work independently in a fast‑paced environmentSolid understanding of LOTO and industrial safety proceduresA willingness to learn new equipment and technology

Preferred but not required:
