Temp-to-Hire position$21.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredThird Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 10:00pm to 06:00am)Perform diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on hydraulic systems, pumps, cylinders, valves, pneumatics, and related components. Conduct mechanical troubleshooting on production machinery, conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating equipment Perform preventive and predictive maintenance according to schedules to ensure reliable machine performance.Read and interpret blueprints, hydraulic schematics, mechanical diagrams, and technical manuals.Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns during 3rd shift to minimize production interruptionsInstall, adjust, and align mechanical components as needed.Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and issues identified.Maintenance Technician 3rd Shift Qualifications:
Experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong knowledge of hydraulics: troubleshooting leaks, pressure systems, pump repair, cylinder rebuilds, valve diagnostics, etc.Proficiency in mechanical systems: motors, belts, chains, bearings, drive systems, alignment, and lubrication principles.Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
