**Direct Hire maintenance technician - 2nd Shift - $34 an hour** Job Overview: • Daily PM and repair of food grade industrial machines • Job will consist of 90% mechanical and 10% electrical (Could have to test wiring, replace wiring or wire up a motor) • Will be working on conveyors, slicers, blenders, packaging machines and other pieces of food grade equipment • Hydraulics and pneumatics • Minor fabrication work (TIG welding) • Could be replacing gears, sprockets, drive systems, gear boxes, guards, augers, bearings, pumps, motors, etc… Shifts: • 2nd Shift 2:15pm to 10:45pm (M-F) • 3rd shift 10:15pm to 6:45am (Sun-Th) • Will be working every 3rd weekend on a 12 hour shift Pay: • Starting pay would be around $33 an hour plus shift difference. o $1.50 shift premium for 2nd o $1.00 Shift Premium for 3rd Benefits: • Benefits are effective on the 1st day • Discounted company store for all Conagra brands • 401k (dollar-dollar match up to 6%) • Insurance: o Medical o Dental o Vision o 75k in free life insurance o Supplemental life available o Free short term disability (60% up to 26 weeks) • Vacation: o 80 hours paid vacation, 2 paid personal days, 10 paid Holidays. o 8 years – 120 hours vacation, 2 paid personal days, 10 paid Holidays. o 15 years – 160 hours, 2 paid personal days, 10 paid Holidays. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $66000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
