**Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift**
**Job Description**
The role involves troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics such as Fanuc and Kuka. Responsibilities also include conducting preventative maintenance and assisting with capital equipment installations. Occasionally, you will perform building and facilities maintenance as needed. You will work with pneumatic systems, hoses, wiring, and automated cells.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot electrical sensors, wires, and robotic systems such as Fanuc and Kuka.
+ Conduct preventative maintenance on automated equipment.
+ Assist with the installation of capital equipment.
+ Perform maintenance on building and facilities when required.
+ Work with pneumatic systems, hoses, and wiring within automated cells.
+ Maintain and troubleshoot pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics.
+ Ensure the efficient operation of fully automated assembly lines.
**Essential Skills**
+ 3+ years of maintenance experience.
+ 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting automated assembly equipment.
+ 3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.
+ Experience in electrical troubleshooting, including 24 vdc to 3 phase 480.
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with Pick n Place, Robotics, HMI, Automated Lathes, and Conveyors.

**Work Environment**
This position operates on the 2nd shift, from 2 PM to 11 PM, with occasional Saturday work. The role is based in a manufacturing setting that includes dealing with screw machines, welders, assembly lines, paint equipment, and testing equipment. The facility is highly automated, with a focus on maintaining a clean and efficient work environment.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Permanent position based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
