Job Title: Maintenance Technician - 2nd Shift

Job Description

The primary focus of this role is troubleshooting electrical sensors, wires, pick and place systems, conveyors, and robotics, specifically Fanuc and Kuka. The position involves working within automated cells, which include numerous pneumatic components, hoses, and wiring. Responsibilities also include performing preventative maintenance, assisting with capital equipment installations, and occasionally conducting building and facilities maintenance.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and maintain electrical sensors, wiring, and robotics systems.Perform preventative maintenance on automated machinery.Assist in the installation of capital equipment.Conduct maintenance on building and facilities as needed.Handle pick and place systems, robotics, HMIs, automated lathes, conveyors, and paint equipment.Troubleshoot electrical systems from 24 VDC to 3 phase 480.Work with fully automated assembly lines.Essential Skills3+ years of maintenance experience.3+ years of automated assembly equipment troubleshooting.3+ years of experience with pneumatics and hydraulics.Electrical troubleshooting skills, including drop wire.Willingness to learn and be trained.Additional Skills & QualificationsJourneyman Card is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position operates on the 2nd shift from 2 PM to 11 PM, working 40 hours a week, including occasional scheduled Saturdays. The role is in a manufacturing setting with screw machines, welders, assembly lines, paint equipment, and testing equipment. This highly automated facility emphasizes cleanliness and efficient equipment maintenance.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $70720.00/yr.
