**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** This role will be for a 1st shift maintenance technician working 6:00am - 2:00pm. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting robotic plastic injection machines, implementing real changes, and reading blueprints effectively. **Responsibilities** + Troubleshoot and repair a variety of injection molding machines (Arburg), including pneumatics and hydraulics. + Maintain assembly machines and automation lines consisting of electronics, machine controls, machine vision systems, electrical, software, hardware, and robotics systems. + Analyze and correct injection molding process defects and errors based on maintenance requests from operators. + Perform electrical duties such as troubleshooting fuses, rewiring motors, and ensuring relays and contacts are operational. **Essential Skills** + Maintenance and automation expertise. + Experience in plastic injection molding. + PLC troubleshooting and editing. + Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. + Programming PLCs. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3-5 years of experience with Arburg Presses. + 3-5 years of experience in injection molding within the automotive industry. + 5 years of experience with automation assembly lines combined with injection molding processes. + 3 years of blueprint reading experience. + Experience with Arburg and Battenfeld Injection Molding machines is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy working in a temperature-controlled environment that remains comfortable during the summer months. Air conditioning runs during warmer months, ensuring a comfortable work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of KENTWOOD, Michigan. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $59280.00 - $72800.00/yr.
