🕕Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Join our team and play a key role in keeping our facility running smoothly. As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll tackle a wide range of tasks—from troubleshooting equipment to maintaining infrastructure—all in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

✅Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic).Conduct repairs on production machinery, including control systems.Maintain facility infrastructure: power distribution, plumbing, lighting, compressed air systems.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on metal fabrication tools and material handling systems.Install and repair electrical apparatus and control system components.Keep the building and grounds clean and orderly.Promote a safe, efficient, and detail-oriented work environment.🧠Essential SkillsExperience with low voltage control systems and AC/DC (110–480 Volts).Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and local safety codes.Skilled in diagnosing and troubleshooting production equipment.Proficient with hand/power tools, electrical measurement devices, and precision machining tools.💡Bonus SkillsFamiliarity with robotics and automated systems (light programming a plus).Understanding of CNC machining centers, PLCs, VFDs, and system integration.Ability to realign equipment and restore manufacturer specifications.🌟Why Join Us?Be part of a collaborative, safety-first team.Enjoy a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Work in a dynamic environment where your skills are truly valued.🏭Work EnvironmentMachine shop setting with exposure to fumes and noise.Safety and efficiency are top priorities—we equip our team to succeed.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.

Extensive benefits including PTO, your birthday as a paid holiday, profit sharing after 1 year of employment
