**Maintenance Technician III** Job Description As a Maintenance Technician III, you will play a pivotal role in leading the service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will also support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for complex problems and managing projects effectively. Responsibilities + Lead service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment. + Support the Operations Maintenance team by designing solutions for challenging problems. + Manage projects to ensure timely and successful completion. + Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, including PLC and robotic systems. + Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment, including conveyors. + Interpret schematics and blueprints to guide maintenance and repair activities. Essential Skills + Expertise in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting. + Proficiency in PLC and robotic troubleshooting. + Experience with conveyor systems troubleshooting. + Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repair tasks. + Strong understanding of schematics and blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics systems. + Strong project management skills. Why Work Here?
