**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** Job Description We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong history in industrial maintenance, particularly within distribution or fulfillment center environments. You will be responsible for maintaining Material Handling Equipment (MHE) in compliance with OEM and safety standards, troubleshooting electrical systems, and ensuring optimal equipment availability. Responsibilities + Perform maintenance on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) following OEM and safety standards. + Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480v, including PLCs, VFDs, and HMIs. + Conduct preventive maintenance using diagnostic tools and equipment. + Utilize CMMS software to manage maintenance activities effectively. + Operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and work at heights as required. + Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. + Adapt to priority changes and work independently to maximize equipment availability. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. + Proficiency in basic trades and troubleshooting electrical systems. + Strong mechanical, electrical, and control system knowledge. + Ability to work with hand tools and power tools. + Experience with CMMS software and diagnostic equipment. + Outstanding attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Preferred: 1-3 years of forklift experience. + Experience with low-voltage electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC. + Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions.
