Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Holland, MI)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians for 2nd, and 3rd shifts in a highly automated facilityThe available shifts include 2nd Shift from 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., and 3rd Shift from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.Compensation is competitive and includes a shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts

Job Responsibilities

Engage in production equipment maintenance to ensure continuous productionTroubleshoot, execute regular preventive maintenance plans, and modify equipmentProvide technical assistance to operators and other departments regarding automated systemsPerform routine maintenance checks and troubleshoot malfunctions on automated machineryPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on production equipment, including mechanical and electrical componentsDiagnose and fix mechanical and electrical malfunctions on production equipmentMaintain detailed records of maintenance activities, completed repairs, and equipment issuesInstall new automated systems and equipment, including wiring and configuring controllersAnalyze system performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize efficiencyAdhere to safety protocols and ensure proper operation of production equipmentConduct daily checks of production equipment during up and downtime

Essential Skills

Minimum of 3 years of machine repair experience on industrial equipmentStrong experience repairing pneumatic systemsUnderstanding of electrical systems, mechanical principles, pneumatic and computer control systemsAbility to diagnose and resolve technical issues within automated systems

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $77792.00/yr.

The company offers 100% company paid health insurance premiums for full-time employees and their eligible dependents. This means that no funds are deducted from an employees’ paycheck for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Benefits start the first of the month from when you start. They provide $110 per week for employees to pay for babysitting services through a user-friendly app.
