Maintenance Tech

The Industrial Maintenance Technician performs advanced mechanical and electrical maintenance to support plant operations. This role focuses on preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing complex equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Certification as an Electrician or experience as a PLC Programmer is preferred.

Maintenance Tech Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$26.00 to $32.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 04:00pm)Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical and production equipmentTroubleshoot PLC, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsRepair and replace defective parts; dismantle and reassemble machineryFabricate and assemble equipment (welding, cutting, pipe fitting)Perform emergency repairs and assist with equipment installations

Maintenance Tech Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required 3+ years of industrial maintenance experienceKnowledge of electrical schematics and PLC troubleshootingExperience with welding (TIG, MIG, Stick), plumbing, and HVAC Understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to read technical documents and work in industrial conditionsAbility to lift up to 100 lbs and work overtime as neededPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
