Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities Maintenance team. This role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks in commercial and industrial environments. The position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with no regular weekend shifts.

ResponsibilitiesFollow all safety policies, including PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout, and general safe manufacturing practicesWork effectively as part of a team, demonstrating respect and clear communication with coworkers and customersCommunicate professionally in both written and verbal formatsManage time efficiently and work independently when neededTrain team members within the departmentAssist with preventative maintenance on HVAC systemsPlan and complete small facility projectsUse the CMMS (Rent Manager) system to enter and track work ordersSupport the development of preventative maintenance programs to improve equipment reliabilityConduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify repair needsMaintain accurate records and complete all required documentation neatlyPerform additional duties as assigned and assist other team membersBe available for overtime during off‑shifts and weekends when requiredParticipate in on‑call rotations, including taking calls and performing dispatch or self‑performed work after hoursEssential Skills and QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 5 years of experience in commercial facilities maintenance or related construction fieldsValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordProficiency with hand and power tools (drills, saws, grinders, sanders, etc.)Basic welding skills (Stick and TIG)Ability to install and repair door locks and hardwareStrong electrical skills, including outlets, conduit, ballasts, low‑voltage systems, security cameras, and troubleshootingPlumbing experience, including installation of piping systems up to 6 inchesDrywall repair, installation, patching, and paintingCarpentry skills, including building crates, platforms, tables, framing, and installationsAbility to read blueprints and create basic sketchesAbility to perform light, medium, and heavy liftingExperience operating a bucket truck up to 40 feetConcrete and asphalt patching and repairRoofing repair experience (EPDM, TPO, PVC, asphalt, metal)HVAC experience preferredWhy Work With UsSupportive work environment with opportunities for advancementEarn additional compensation as you gain new skillsThree personal days after 90 days of employmentForty hours of vacation after the first year, with additional vacation added annually up to a five‑year capComprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and AflacTuition reimbursement (with approval)Monthly truck allowance and fuel card for work‑related travelCompany‑provided uniformsParticipation in company events and holiday activitiesCompetitive pay and benefits starting on day oneWork Environment

This is a roving technician role covering multiple sites, including Sewickley, Downtown (Blvd of the Allies), Mon Valley, Churchill, Carnegie, and the newly added Monroeville location. Technicians must use their own personal vehicle, such as a pickup truck or service van, for travel between sites.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Carnegie, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $72000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

1. Advancement and increased earning opportunities based upon acquired skills.\n2. 3 personal days after 90 days.\n3. 40 hours of vacation after first year.
