Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by maintaining, installing, and repairing machinery and equipment. You will also be involved in communication between shifts and daily walkthroughs to assess facility needs.
Responsibilities
Communicate effectively between shifts with the maintenance team.Conduct daily walkthroughs to assess facility needs, including compressors and HVAC systems.Collaborate with production teams to prioritize maintenance needs based on urgency.Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, physical structures, and pipe and electrical systems.Respond promptly to breakdown calls with reactive or corrective maintenance as a top priority.Log all paperwork related to maintenance tasks.Essential Skills
Proficient in maintenance repair with a focus on mechanical and electrical systems.Strong troubleshooting skills, including preventive maintenance and conveyor maintenance.Expertise in PLC troubleshooting and operation.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance, including 3 phase systems.Familiarity with hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotic systems.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Multi-craft experience in both mechanical and electrical fields.Competence in handling mechanical systems, such as hydraulics, pneumatics, pipe systems, and pressure regulators.Electrical knowledge, including 3 phase motors, VFDs, and PLCs.Industrial electrical experience preferred.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Join our clean and organized facility with a temperature-controlled environment and a friendly staff. The work schedule is from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities. Experience a welcoming leadership and supportive team culture, contributing to minimal turnover.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.25/hr.
