**Job Title: Maintenance Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure the proper maintenance and repair of our production machinery, mechanical equipment, and property. This role requires a generalist approach and may involve preventative maintenance, welding, and fabrication. **Responsibilities** + Maintain, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on all equipment to ensure continuous and effective operation. + Perform advanced maintenance tasks such as reading mechanical schematics, cutting and keying shafts, broaching sprockets, welding stainless steel, and conducting vibration analysis. + Set up and tear down equipment, assist with major repairs or construction required for plant buildings, fabricate parts, and install new plant equipment. + Maintain tools, equipment, and supplies, ensuring an orderly and safe work area in compliance with company policies. + Participate in training to enhance job-related trade skills and assist in training lower-level maintenance employees. + Assist with welding and fabrication for processing and packaging equipment. + Perform all duties in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. + Conduct oneself and ensure subordinates (if applicable) conduct themselves in line with company mission, values, and code of ethics. **Essential Skills** + High School Diploma or GED. + 3-5 years of maintenance experience. + Basic to advanced electrical skills, including the ability to use a voltage meter. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of PLC and Automation controls is a plus. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $48360.00 - $67080.00/yr. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in FLORENCE,KY. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Aug 22, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
