Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

Join a dynamic blow molding facility that primarily supports the automotive industry by manufacturing tanks and reservoirs for vehicles. We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician who can troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment, specifically focusing on hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems up to 480 volts. The ideal candidate will conduct preventative maintenance and respond to equipment failures.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair industrial equipment within the facility.Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment.Respond to equipment failures and provide timely resolutions.Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480 volts.Diagnose issues with hydraulics and pneumatics.Read and interpret electrical and hydraulic prints.Use and interpret multimeters for testing and diagnostics.Troubleshoot PLCs and understand Latter Logic.Essential SkillsExperience troubleshooting up to 480 volts.Ability to troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics.Proficiency in reading electrical and hydraulic prints.Competence in using and interpreting a multimeter.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to understand and edit Latter Logic.Experience in PLC troubleshooting.Work Environment

This role is situated in a hot manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled, meaning it will be very warm during the summer months. The position is on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, with minimal overtime currently required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of HOWE, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
