Job DescriptionAs an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure production and quality by maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment.
Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve electrical or mechanical issues on a variety of machinesDismantle, adjust, repair, and assembly equipment according to blueprints, operating or repair manualsMaintain cleanliness of work area and ensures equipment is well maintainedEnsure all operations are performed safely, following standard operating procedures and policiesQualifications and Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent preferredTwo years or more experience in industrial machine repair requiredMaintenance experience with similar machines or experience in similar roleMaintain equipment within various facilities as neededComfortable working with your hands and standing for long periods of timeStrong work ethic and attention to detailMust be able to pass pre-employment screeningsBenefits and Perks:Competitive pay $25–$38/hr.Medical benefits with partial employer contributionPaid vacations and holidays3% matching retirement contributionYour New Organization: A well-established bread manufacturing known for valuing its people and providing a supportive workplace.
