Job Title: Maintenance Tech 1

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Tech 1 to perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and carry out simple repairs. This role is ideal for someone mechanically inclined and eager to start a career in manufacturing maintenance. The position offers growth potential, though initially, the focus will be on preventive maintenance tasks.

ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance (PM) on manufacturing machinery.Conduct simple repairs on equipment as needed.Work in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.Collaborate with team members to ensure machinery operates smoothly.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience.Strong mechanical aptitude.Basic math skills.Nice to HaveKnowledge of welding and carpentry.Experience with wiring and electrical systems.Familiarity with PLC systems.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position operates on a third shift schedule from 10:30pm to 8:30am, Monday through Friday, in a manufacturing environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
