**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a hands-on, technically capable individual to lead and enhance our maintenance department in a heavy manufacturing, foundry-type business. The successful candidate will have significant growth potential within the company.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of 12-18 technicians across three shifts, seven days per week, supporting plant operations and facilities.
+ Schedule, supervise, and ensure timely execution of projects and repairs.
+ Transfer knowledge of basic maintenance practices to the crew and develop procedures to support training.
+ Execute a preventative maintenance schedule.
+ Assist in the planning and execution of multiple plant projects, both large and small.
+ Manage vendors, contractors, equipment, and spare parts for the plant.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical degree or certifications in industrial maintenance, electrical, or mechanical disciplines.
+ Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in welding and fabricating, refractory and furnace lining, electrical and electronic controls troubleshooting and/or programming, combustion processes, burners, valve trains, temperature controllers.
+ Experience with mobile equipment including forklifts and wheel loaders, material handling, conveyors, ventilation systems with 50-250 HP motors, and bag houses (dust collectors).
+ Strong history of leadership, planning, and people development.
+ Focus on safety and employee involvement.
+ Training and developing employees.
+ Computer literacy and proficiency with MS Office.
+ Preventive maintenance experience.
+ Fluency in English and Spanish.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
