Maintenance Supervisor
Job Title: Maintenance SupervisorJob Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for both hands-on technical work and office management, allocating 70% of their time to practical maintenance tasks and 30% to administrative duties.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair equipment to maintain operational efficiency.Collaborate with the maintenance team to resolve issues and recommend improvements.Participate in preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance tasks on the floor.Manage KPI reports, work orders, and maintain the CMMS program.Handle parts and inventory ordering, and develop creative solutions to enhance maintenance operations.Essential SkillsMinimum of 2+ years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.At least 4+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance.Proficiency in hands-on maintenance work, including electro/mechanical tasks.Ability to troubleshoot and repair 480v equipment.Willingness to engage in PM, troubleshooting, and repairs alongside the team.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems.Knowledge of schematic reading and industrial maintenance.Skills in welding, 3-phase systems, and motors.Experience in maintenance management and supervision.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
