Heavy Industrial Maintenance Supervisor needed in Ocala! Direct placement opportunity.

Job Description

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance program based on industry best practices. The emphasis will be on planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance to efficiently maintain and repair plant equipment. You will monitor inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, and equipment, and initiate reordering when necessary. Your role will involve preparing reports, analyzing data, and making recommendations to improve plant operations and solve maintenance-related problems, aiming to enhance efficiency and reduce operating costs. You will maintain and update operating and training manuals for the maintenance department, ensuring all maintenance workers are trained on the latest operating procedures. Furthermore, you will ensure compliance with city, county, state, and federal regulations pertaining to the maintenance department.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $105000.00/yr.

92% employee paid benefits. \n29.64 /hr – includes company pays 92.5 health insurance, (1.75 extra in their paychecks) \n4% 401k + 4% max = 8 max
