**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Stamping Department team. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for assisting the maintenance manager by overseeing maintenance personnel and operations, while also performing hands-on maintenance during the 1st shift. This involves working with eight stamping presses and maintaining material-handling robots. **Responsibilities** + Lead, schedule, and direct maintenance technicians. + Oversee preventive maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. + Perform hands-on maintenance on stamping presses and Fanuc robots. + Screen, prioritize, and assign work orders and daily/weekly tasks. + Conduct industrial, preventive, and reactive maintenance. + Assist with overseeing various maintenance projects. + Train and develop team members. **Essential Skills** + 10+ years of experience in industrial maintenance. + 2+ years of direct industrial maintenance supervision. + Proficiency in mechanical maintenance and machine repair, specifically with hydraulics and pneumatics. + Experience performing industrial maintenance on stamping presses. + Electrical troubleshooting skills, including 480 Volt, three-phase systems, motors, PLC troubleshooting, and robotics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in PLC troubleshooting. + Experience with robotics. + Specific experience working on and performing maintenance on material-handling robots. **Why Work Here?** Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, PTO, and perks like casual dress and employee recognition programs.
